Many of Bluebells staff have worked in Michelin and 5 star establishments and this is shown when you first walk in. A warm smile and a friendly greeting is what to expect when you arrive. Both, owner John Rampello and Head Chef Adam Turley together with their teams carefully prepare new menus every three months to keep dishes as seasonal as possible. Bluebells offers a set menu at lunchtimes and on Sundays, and in the evenings you will be spoilt with an a la carte menu which includes canapés, amuse bouches and homemade breads.
