Their ambition is to be recognised as one of the best fine dining restaurants in Oxfordshire. From the beginning of March 2013 their kitchen has been run by Matt Weedon who was number 45 in the “Sunday Times 2012 top 100 restaurants list”.

Wherever Matt has cooked, he has attracted accolades from the major guides and travel organisations. However, he is a believer that often such accolades are used to justify high prices. This is not their philosophy. Their aim is to give you a formidable dining experience whilst not breaking the bank.
