Classics and twists abound on the menu, bashed up with hints of far-flung places and the taste of Empire. From field to farm, hedgerow to forest, the sound of the sea and the thrill of the hunt, food is their passion. Head Chef Mark (or ‘Bungle’ to his mates) has been with us since they started up in 2002. He and Sous Chef Jonathan thrive on their more relaxed way of doing things and create fabulous, earthy food.
